Planning Storyboard for my Music Video

Storyboard scenes 1-12 In my first scene actor #1 will be in the frame either wide shot or mid shot. Actor #1 will be holding a picture and a behind the back angle will be slowly be zooming into her closer.  In the second scene actor #1 will still be in the shot but only from the waist up. As the song is starting out the main part says "do you remember" this will be symbolized through the video as Actor #1 is remembering her night on September 21st. Frame number 3 will now have a up close shot of her hand. When the shot is up close you can now clearly see the two people standing in the picture. The picture is warm and colorful and looks as if it was at a dance. The photo is know extreme up close and is in the same position. As the video goes on you can see that the photo comes to life. This photo is now "moving" because Actor #1 had a flashback. In scene 5 you can now fully see actor #2. This actor is seen putting on a record for the music. Scene 5 is still up for d...

Final task: closer to deadlines!

 Today I had a bunch of work for other classes so nothing much happened. Luckily tomorrow we have Friday off. Until then I have just been planning. Because my original plan was to have two of the same person in one clip I am thinking this might be too hard. This will need editing so I can have both frames looks like one. If that makes sense. So instead of having one person be both the “normal” and the “clone, I can have someone be a stalker or even have a mask on. This will still follow the same layout I have in my storyboard. Luckily doing either one or two people wouldn't change the plot. Overall I am still going to try the original plan first. I’m most likely only having my mom and I as the actors since we wouldn’t have to go out much and find other people. Technical wise I have been good. I have my canon camera and phone camera so storage isn’t a problem. Additionally, since I switched my phone a while back I now can shoot in a wide lens setting. This can zoom out twice the len...

Planning Blog ( Sound, Shooting, Health and Safety)

Schedule:  3/1/2021- 3/14/2021 First through the second week of march begin filming. Filming could include the scenes without the actor if needed. And then in later weeks add the actor to the scenes we need. After all filming has been done I will begin editing. All my editing will be done by myself since I'm working alone. Editing can take place anytime after 3/14 unless time needs to be extended.  Location: For my location, I will be filming at and around my house. This would include the backyard, attic, or garage for the genre aspect. When filming at my house the actors and I would not have to worry about social distanicing in a busy area.  Participants: All of my participants are close friends or family. This is because we want to make a safe and easy filming process.  Possible actors- Erin M. Khiara D. and Katherine C.
